From 12 to 14 March 2008 in the Central Exhibition Complex Expocentr »Krasnaya Presnya, number 7 in the pavilion (Hall 2) will be held the 1st Moscow International Financial Forum -« MIFF 2008 ».

Analysts from the company's Interactive Research Group conducted a study of audience potential mortgage borrowers. In their view, the main source of development of the Russian mortgage market is the Russian middle class: the young and middle-aged people with incomes above the average, working in private companies or engaged in private business, living in large cities. According to the study, 44% of respondents are planning for the next 5 years, buying homes. Of these, 57% of respondents wanted to take a mortgage. The vast majority of those surveyed would prefer to borrow for 10 years, with the most affordable rates of exchange, and for ruble loans - less than 10%.
